Properly managed jobs require proximity. We focus primarily on areas east of downtown Dallas and south of 635, including Lakewood, Preston Hollow, the Park Cities, and other nearby neighborhoods.
MEET THE BUILDER
Over twenty-five years ago, my building career started when I moved to Dallas and renovated an original-owner M-Streets home built in 1927. Two weeks after I’d moved in to it, my real estate agent called and asked if I’d like to sell the home. “I just moved in!” “I know, but with what you’ve done to it, it’s really something special.” So I sold it. And remodeled another. And another. And…
As much as I loved giving the vintage homes new life, my passion was to build new homes. And I wanted to build them right. So I went to work for the largest custom home builder in Preston Hollow. Over the next twelve years, I built over fifty totally custom upscale homes.
It was a good twelve years, but I knew that I wanted to not just build new houses, but design them as well. My idea was to create homes that are distinct, with inviting spaces and uncommon detail. Homes that elicit comments such as “I’ve never seen a house like this.”
I live in the neighborhood I build in. And I believe that I have a genuine commitment to future generations, because anything I build will still be around for a hundred years or more from now. I don’t cut corners, I take pride in my work. And when I run into homeowners who I haven’t seen for years, they say “We still love our house!” I’m confident you will feel the same way.

The October 2019 tornadoes that ravaged the Preston Hollow area hit about 3 blocks south of us. We sustained yard damage, a couple of broken windows from flying debris, and some smashed up gutters. We didn't even loose a roof shingle! Some of our neighbors did not fare as well.
It reminded me that our home, constructed by David Morr, was built with amazing quality and care. Throughout the entire build David was the calming voice. He always provided us options and, like a good project manager, kept us on task. But the thing I admire most about David is his commitment to do the job right the first time. He didn't allow the subs to cheat or cut corners.
